My son has acid reflux he takes generic Zantac but to help him heal, he also takes-- papaya enzyme (chewable) acidophilus HCL with Pepcin It has helped him greatly! He had it like you it sounds--all the time!

I think it's an excellent point to mull over in one's own mind. I can't say who is settling though when I look around at friends or others because I really don't know if they are settling. I don't have a mat--but you need light weights. I'm a wimp and all I have is 2lb weights so I'm using them. I'll get heavier weights soon:)

Consider some toning exercises and some other exercises to help things firm up a bit--that may be all you need!

I look at my old photos. I remind myself of the progress I made and the things I can do now that I couldn't do before. I keep the bathroom closet door open so it's in front of the full length mirror when I'm getting in the shower;) lol--I don't have to confront myself about it daily right? ;)

It will! I was so sore last Sat after my Level 1 D 1. I am doing it every other day because I have some injury issues and want to not overdo--anyway, yesterday, I did day 4 and was way stronger and just about kept up! Don't quit--you don't want all that initial being sore to be for nothing right? :)

I think it's ok to choose to eat a treat now and then. The key is to choose to eat it (plan for it) not just get sucked up in snarfing down junk food and then justifying it;). On day 3 of level 1--my first attempt. I have to modify some because I have a neck and upper back injury so I'm doing some of the ab on a exercise ball.
