Amazing progress!

I am using Sun warrior which has a total of 4 carbs. Its alittle expensive.It is made from brown rice protein and easier on my stomach than whey protein or pea protein.

I usually buy coleslaw mix with carrot/cabbage/etc., and just throw it in pan with lean meat or chicken for a very quick stirfry. It's fast and filling.

I mix about 1/3c dry oatmeal with egg white Add 1-2 tbsp applesauce or mashed banana cinnamon, or a few dark choc chips Heat in small fry pan. Makes one big filling pancake!
