hmm...I think 1,300 cals I've been at for from July 19th to beginning of August ? The 3rd And 1,000 almost for a a week.

I've tried many green teas and they all seem the same ): maybe it's because I have spent 17 years drinking coffee! Any suggestions , I force myself to drink atleast 2 cups a week of lipton's green tea, sometimes I add milk... Is that wierd? Lol Anyways, please any suggestions? I don't want to add sugar , sweetner etc. But…
