  • Hi! I feel your pain! I'm a nurse and I work 3 12hour shifts each week. My days are sometimes split up too. The best approach I have found is to start all my days when I wake up. So whether it be 5 a.m. or 5p.m. that's when I start my calories over. Just try different ways and see what works for you. Some friends at work…
