I LOVE to run! I'm just getting back from surgery last year, so I'm only at ~1 mile eery other day, but I'm getting there! I'll send a friend request. I'm hoping to be up to ~25 miles per week by the end of summer! Yay! I love your profile picture! What a difference a month makes! :)

I used to have this problem all the time!! When body glide wasn't enough, I would use sports tape right under the front bottom, center where it would rub the most! Works like a charm. Just don't use the tape on broken skin. Also, Champion has great sports bras with different levels of support depending on your cup size. Go…

Don't give up, honey!!! I gave up one time and it was the worst decision ever! I will ALWAYS regret it! Try not to be too strict or try another sport/workout. Give yourself some time, honey. I'm 3 months post surgery and am just now starting to run, a little. Keep walking and keep trying. It will come! :)

Everyone is different. Go to a specialty running store and get fitted for good shoes. Take it slow and enjoy! Be sure to stretch and cross train if you get trouble spots. Getting in a morning run is the best thing in the world!!!
