As a woman who is scheduled for a double mastectomy next week, I applaud Angelina for going public with her difficult decision. While my surgery is not prophylactic but the cure for my cancer, at age 39, I would choose life over boobs anytime! Go Angelina!!!!

I've found that I get the best deals at: performancebike.com. They have great deals on anything you need for biking. Are your hands still hurting? I buy my bike gloves from this site, and also got my handlebar tape too. :)

For the small goals, I buy small workout items, like a timer watch, or weights or new shorts...I'm looking at a cute running outfit from Title Nine when I reach my ultimate goal! To wear while I do an Olympic Distance Tri in June, right after I turn the big 4-0!!! Yikes!

Biking is an excellent workout. While it may not burn quite as many calories as running, it's lower (or no) impact. Go get a good pair of biking shorts, a good bike helmet and just ride! Just go ride as long as you can, then keep going just a little further every day. Just follow the rules, watch out for crazies in cars…

I usually need to refill my 32 oz water bottle once during my 90 min zumba class. Wear good shoes, and shake your groove thing!!!! Have fun and laugh! I usually bounce off the girls around me, even after 1 year! ha ha! Sadly, they are used to it now. :)

I walk on the treadmill to get my back used to it before I start running. I usually walk ~3.0 - 3.4 mph for about an hour. Once I'm comfortable with that, I increase the incline. After about a month, I'm walking at 3.5 at a 5% incline. Really gets the heart pumping! :)

Definitely work out gear and good shoes! Bring water and shake your thing! I love Zumba! I always seem to go the wrong way, and bounce of the other girls, but it's all good fun!!! Enjoy!

With the gym, it's scheduled. I can go in and get my workout done. I try to do it at home, but there are too many distractions.
