Most notably, my skin cleared up and I just FEEL better after switching to only water. I tried drinking a diet soda the other day and couldn't even finish half of it... it's disgusting now.

i used to be. i cut it out of my diet completely for a while and now, the thought of half the stuff i used to eat is nauseating. i still love my chicken nuggets every now and then though :) try cutting it out for a while!

No. If I want something 'bad', I eat it - but in moderation. I log it, work it into my calorie goal for the day and move on with my life. For me, losing weight isn't about a 'diet'. It's a lifestyle change. If I cut myself off from 'bad' foods while I'm on a 'diet', I'm only going to go overboard on them when I stop…

I swear by Mio. The Mango Peach is my favorite, but I love the Berry Pomegranate and Strawberry Watermelon ones too.

Do something to take your mind off of the urge to eat. I tend to snack when I'm bored. Instead of annihilating a huge bowl of ice cream, I'll go for a walk or play some video games.
