Yes! I measure everything. I've gotten a few laughs about it, but at least I know exactly what I'm taking in. I couldn't live without it now.

I look often, but I don't fret over it and only count it on weigh in day. :) If I feel like I'm getting attached to the numbers, I just won't weigh myself all week. Even then, if I didn't make my ideal loss over the week, I think about all the other ways things are progressing and remind myself that the work will pay off…

I do eat back my exercise calories most of the time. I find if I don't I'm either starving or feeling slow the next day when trying to work out. If I'm not hungry I will leave some, but I'm usually really close to even (maybe 50-150 calories left over on those days tops?).

I do Monday mornings. :) I just find it better to know what I need to be doing that week, plus it gives me a reason not to blow the weekend off too. I always know Monday is coming, so it keeps me focused.

I really like it as a workout. Besides being a fun way to do some different exercises, it's a great way to get up and moving when there's bad weather, or you get home too late, etc... Try the free step. I like to do that for 30 min while watching something on TV and it's been a big help so far!

I like them. I don't think it's too horrible to have here and there. Sure it's not fresh food, but when you're in a rush it's a good option. Like someone said, I think you could do much worse. :) I have some friends who aren't even vegetarians but love to steal my buffalo wings! lol
