  • I would suggest upping your calories to 1500 or 1700 and see how that goes. It sounds like your body has gotten used to the calorie intake and if you have built up strength and muscle which I'm assuming you have with your workouts your body needs more calories to feed your muscles and if you don't give it more it will go…

  • I agree!! I just recently started using Quinoa too and I LOVE it!!! I'm a big rice and pasta person so this is a GREAT substitute for people like us! It fills you up and it satisfies my craving for pasta and rice....I'm in LOVE! :o)
