What is the calories I need to lose?

I am 4’11 and 65 yrs old.Im at 132 lbs now and my best weight for yrs was 102 lbs. I have not been able to lose weight. Now I quit drinking and try to ride my bike about 50 miles a week. Hoping this will work

It is not speed..it is not an amphetamine. It is a diet pill that should be taken wisely.

I also like the phentermine..need it..plan on using it for a couple months or more and am using it with topamax. It doesn't raise my blood pressure and it isn't an amphetamine. But I did take it without dieting and it didn't help so now I am trying to watch what I eat and drink a lot of water and eat less. I've lost 3 lbs…

I really like the phentermine but I need to take it with topamax or I still do the compulsive eating. Does anyone do 11/2 or 2 a day. I only want positive answers here as I have good blood pressure feel great and am not ready to go to the emergency room. And sleep. Thanks

For starters it isn't an amphetamine..and it doesn't raise my blood pressure. I was wondering if anyone takes 2 a day?

I am taking phentermine/ topamax and sorry I am a health nut and needed to lose 20 lbs very badly and my Dr. knew I was not happy. It is a very good appetite suppressant. If you are tired give it a break maybe for a day or 2 or eat some fruit and take some supplements. You need to eat very healthy when you are on phentermine/ topamax. When you get off of the pills you want to be eating very healthy and in a way where you will not gain the weight back

It has helped with my blood pressure. Ive been on it for 2 months and have lost about 12 lbs. I'm using it to incorporate very healthy eating habits.

I found that the thing the phentermine/ topamax is doing is showing me how to not over eat. I was over eating at night. So when I get off this..I plan to not eat at night.
