Tried tea but that gave me anemia, Tried coffee but that wore me out, Tried gum, water... These are not foods, but crutches for momentary compulsive eating (stress relief). This thread is very inspiring ! I'll try bigger, more normalement meals, and try to reduce stress eating (2018 resolutions ;) )

Thanks @veganfanatic, that's exactly what I did - and try to do. It would be great to have some kind of recipe database with calorie information for inspiration, though.

Ok, quick question @warmachinejt : everytime I try to do some sports in the morning right after I wake up, I end up feeling really weak, even dizzy, like I'm going to faint. Do you think I just need to push through this to get over it, or am I doomed (my body is not made for this)?

Bump... Just discovered it today, and I'm wondering if it's a good program. Do you need any material (weights, elastic bands, etc.)?
