I am assuming you are speaking towards skin striations (stretch marks). I have heard great things about bio oil. However, I have personally had no luck.

Oh, how I understand these problems! I wear two bras (a full cover sports bra and a wire sports bra). I also wear a really oversized t-shirt (my boyfriends works great, larger and longer) so that the whole world doesn't need the play by play of my jiggles. I have discovered that finding higher waisted exercise…

I find that if I am craving something there is a reason to why I am craving it. So, I will go out and get what I am craving and have some. This has helped my binging significantly.

Fresh rosemary is my favourite. Great to top chicken and other meats or on pizza (& in the dough).

+1 for fitnessblender.com

I personally don't refer to something as a cheat meal, but I would destroy a large order of pad thai right now with spring rolls. I moved 6 months ago to a place that does not have any thai food. The struggle is real.

I don't like pop or anything carbonated. I don't know if that makes me lucky or less gassy. Maybe a bit of both.

Probably nothing. I always assume that there is an overestimation of calories burned (from my HRM or fitbit steps) or that some food items in my dairy are under/over estimated in calories. So, I would most likely leave it at 100.

Does your school offer any fitness/dance classes? My school offers zumba once a week during lunch time and it is very affordable if not occasionally free. Also, the classes are rarely full.

I have a Fitbit zip (got one for christmas) and am very happy with it. It clips onto the top of my pants band and I wear it from waking up to going to sleep. I enjoy seeing visual progress and am very goal oriented so the Fitbit works well for me. I am not 100% sold on the accuracy of the Fitbit with calorie burned or even…

I feel gross after eating anything from McDonalds, but I also am not a fan of their food.

You can add me if you would like :) https://www.fitbit.com/user/32MMPQ

I have a Fitbit Zip and it hooks onto my pants either in my pocket, belt, or over the top band. I love it! I also have a HRM, but I only use that for my workouts. It has a watch (Polar FT7) and a chest band. However, I don't think a HRM of this type would work for what you are looking for.

I always make turkey black bean chilli and throw in a bunch of veggies. I enjoy it and it is good for you.

Maybe try mixing up your menu. You could try a different breakfast other than protein powder (I am assuming you make a shake?). Perhaps you could try oatmeal with a scoop of natural peanut butter and cut up bananas, or 2 pieces of toast with natural peanut butter and banana, or 2 pieces of toast and 2 hard boiled eggs (or…

You don't really "need" one (IMO). However, food scales are eye opening! For example, 30g of cheese (which is what my cheese nutrition label provides amounts for) does not look like what you wish 30g of cheese would look like! Or, my "medium apple" I was constantly logging was 80-100 calories less than my "apple weighed"…

Shellfish! Also, steaks!

What are you calories set at? I would recommend opening up your food diary for people to provide suggestions/assistance.

Baked oatmeal. Filling (at least I find it filling) and very versatile with what you can put in it.

Same!

I love this post! great job!

I bake my own fries with either yam, sweet potato or potato. Super easy. Oven set to 425C, chop up your potato into preferred size, toss in a bowl with a little olive oil/herbs/garlic/pepper/pinch of salt. Bake on pan for about 25 minutes. Check the pan every 5-8 minutes to toss around the fries so they don't stick to the…

You look great!

It can take awhile for them to sync up. Mine has taken up to 2 hours to reflect the steps correctly in MFP.

Thanks for sharing. Loved reading this!

Switch to natural peanut butter - way better tasting IMO anyways. Also, try finding a delicious brand of coffee that tastes good without the sugar. I found that I was only putting sugar in my coffee cause it was mediocre at best. Once I found a good blend, there was no need for sugar.

My suggestion would be to do some recipe researching online to try some different meal options. Pinterest is a good place to find recipes. Also, foodgawker.com and skinnytaste.com are two of my favourites. I recently have been making recipes from thehealthymaven.com and enjoyed them as well. My normal dinners are a stirfry…

I cut back on my drinking for personal reasons. However, I did notice that I lost weight when I did so (because after the 10 plus drinks, I would eat a full pizza) I still have the occasional beer when I go out to a pub, or if there is an event (music festival, beerfest, etc) I will have many beer. If you really enjoy the…
