What a cutie! Be proud. Be.very.proud. What a great favor you have done for yourself, it's hard work, and NOT for sissies!

Just keep logging. Just keep reading. There are many ways to go about things here on MFP, you'll establish your own routine. On weekdays, I plan and log ahead, at least thru breakfast, lunch and after-lunch snacks. It keeps me on the straight and narrow. Weekends are harder, but I've been known to throw in a walking video…

I have them every day, I mix them into my smoothie. They have 9-times the Omega 3 than salmon; they keep you hydrated; they are wonderful. They take a bit getting used to, you can't chew them, you need to swallow them. We buy them online, and black seeds supposedly are a bit nutritious than the white.

I'm in with the "Nuts & Seeds" suggestion. We like to add fresh dates and almonds to top off our numbers at the end of the day. Both can be easy portioned to fit the bill. Very portable too!

Great job! Don't worry about filling your slippers, it's just another little fact of life. 8^)

You look beautiful. I'm almost on the same journey, many months behind you. You are my inspiration!

I fear the same thing...and javalinas too! (Nasty pig-like things with tusks!) I walk at 4:30am and am constantly jingling my waterbottle carabiner to ward them off. I plan to get something more clattery to make noise when I walk! I really don't think they'll attack, but it's more proactive to scare them off first.

Lots of support is key to keeping your head going in the right direction. Send me a friend request if you'd like. I'm not a supporter of cheat days, mostly because of my personality....I just keep driving on, and note my success on once-a-week weigh in days. It's hard. It's NOT for sissy's. If you're ready, you can do it.…

We just bought one over the weekend, will be watching this convo thread!

All of us here understand your happiness today. It doesn't much matter what place holder that darned number is, it's THRILLING to see it go down. Keep up the good work, we're here for you, and are anxious to see that # be a 1 before you know it!

That's terrific! I suggest you try on ALL clothes you thought wouldn't fit. I recently missed wearing several items, much to my sadness. I outgrew them by losing, and had no idea! Keep up the good work.

I kind of disagree about the metabolism slowing down. Perhaps it's just my own experience of finally losing the weight and having more energy than I've had my entire life (the entire life it took me to gain the "morbidly obese" status). I walk 3 days a week, a distance of 2 miles, and climb at least 10 flights of stairs…

"It's not easy but it's worth it." ^^^^^THIS^^^^^ You are an inspiration!

My husband and I LOVE ours, and rarely are without them clipped on. Our's are linked to MFP as well. Makes it easy!

An electronic pedometer. Measures sleep patterns, steps taken, flights of stairs, distance travelled, calories burned, times activities.. An invaluable tool for both my husband and myself. Good luck!

I've been ordering double portion of veggies, and skipping the starch. Know what you're ordering before you go, my wonderful hubby has been known to print out a menu for us ahead of time.

Total awesomeness! (I keep lowering my goal too! ANYTHING is possible!)

2 mile walk AND 20 minute freestyle lap swimming..whew!

Look at your ticker. You picked that one for a reason: "Sometimes you just have to be your own hero." You've done an awesome job, and can do better. We believe!

We use Body Fortress too. Very economical at WalMart, about $15.00 for a BIG container. I use about 1/2 a scoop per smoothie because I get enough protein from other sources. I put ice and water in a blender. I add spinach, and at least 1/2 a banana, and generally 1/2c of another fruit. I add 1T Chia seed and 2T milled…

We purchase Nutiva Organic right from Nutiva, online, and 6 bags at a time. What we recently read is that the natural supply was very low, and another crop was to be harvested in August. We buy ours off the shelf at Sunflower / Sprouts, but inventory was consistantly too low.

I don't see the loose skin, but darlin', wear it like a trophy! You've done an amazing job of taking charge of yourself, and becoming a happier, heathier you. Thank you for posting the pictures, they are not offensive at all. They are inspirational and true-to-life. You.give.me.hope. Thank you!

FitBit is more of an electronic pedometer. It attaches to you for measuring steps, distance, time, stair flights, calories burned, sleep patterns. It links to both FitBit.com and MFP, adding exercise calories to your food plan. It is available by app or web. Like any IT product, it has it's limitations and gliches. That…

VERY inspirational. We're proud of you too! How will you attack maintainance? Keep logging? That's my plan!

I just finally posted a few photos today too. There are hardly any from me to choose from! You've made amazing progress, keep up the good work. FR if you'd like! I need you on my support team!

If you have lots of hard water build-up in your dishwasher, place a glass measure cup full of white vinegar in the top rack of your dishwasher. Run through a regular cycle. You'll be amazed! I also now put a glog of white vinegar into the base just before I start the washer with a regular load of dishes. It seems to be…
