Log every day, not just the days you stay on program. Weigh and measure EVERYTHING, don't estimate. I get SEVERE pain when I sleep directly on my side. Now that I've realized it, I roll a bit toward my stomach, and the pain is 100% gone. I also swear by Glucosomine with MSM. I actually notice it if I miss a couple of doses! Good luck.

Shop the weekly add papers (ALL of them), don't shop aimlessly the store! That way you'll get good prices and can construct meals from what's running with a special price. We sometimes have to hit 4 stores over the weekend, but consider it a challenge!

Yes. That's just about all I do. I work full time and commute to work. Leaves me little time for anything else. I need to lift and work out for toning...that will happen soon.

I mix 1/4 c oatmeal into my smoothie every morning at 6am, then at 10am have a morning snack with the other 1/4 c oatmeal prepared and reheated at work-then I've added 1/8 c dried (not sweetened) cranberries or 1/3 frozen blueberries and 1/2 cinnamon. That's AWESOME! I do most of my work on the phone, people don't see me often. I get the cold shoulder too...until I open my mouth (yeah, hmmm...my voice is pretty distinctive, lol.)

For what it's worth: I have the FitBit Ultra, which is not sold any longer. It tracks sleep, but you can also manually log sleep on the website.
