I like smoothies with protein powder in the summer and oats in the winter. My morning snack is almost always 2 hard-boiled egg whites. Lunch is usually deli meat sandwich (or on a salad). I'm way over in protein every day, but like many others, I feel the protein and fiber macros are auto-set too low.

How do you have your macros set? I have mine at .9/week, so I'm thrilled with a 1# loss each week! Your body will retain water if you're exercising and building muscle. Keep doing what you're doing, log faithfully, provide and accept support. It'll happen for you!

I don't remember if they were told they could NOT exercise while locked away...but if they did, you can bet it was edited for effect. I watch the show for entertainment. I know the results are not "typical", it's still motivating nonetheless.
