Doing awesome here. I had a very rough night, kept waking up lots... was debating to go back to bed or not. But I am going to get my butt off here and go do a 2 mile workout. :smile: Have a Great Day Everyone!!!!!

I had a hard time sticking with the 30 day shred. We are using Leslie's Walk Away the Pounds DVD as well as walking outside. It is too cold here for me to walk outside so I use the DVD instead. I don't really find a difference between the DVD's and the one that you posted from the Exercise TV site. There are some DVD's where she uses the firm band and the waist belt. Those look pretty good. I borrowed one of her DVD's from the library called Walk Strong and she does the walk like you saw on the site and she also…

I have used the dumbells as well. I bought her Walk Slim, it includes 5 DVD's, Seven Day Meal Plan & Firm Band. :smile: I so can't wait to try it. Momma2Healthy: that is great. Once it gets warmer I will be walking outside as well. Nothing wrong with changing it up.

Did 2 miles - woo hooo. :smile: Does anyone know which one of her videos would be the best one to buy? I don't want to buy them all if they are pretty much the same. I was hoping to get her Walk Away the Pounds -Walk Strong Deluxe Kit but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
