I have just received one from someone I know on Friday, May 31, 2013. My husband, myself and our two youngest children (8 and 11) use the machine. It is quite fun and is a good work out. All I can say is, if you are getting the machine, you need knee pads because your knees will hurt and do not go too fast on the machine…

I weigh myself every morning as soon as I wake up and have that morning pee :wink: and every night. But I record my weigh in's every Monday morning. A lot of people would say that is too much but it is just me. It is to keep myself on track, I guess you can say. But everyone is different. :smile:

Wow that is awesome. How long have you been on the plan? I am loving this plan as well. I am on my 7th week, it will be 8 weeks on Monday. :smile:

My ring falls off as well. I am waiting to lose all of my weight before getting it resized. I may even wait until I maintain my weight. You could put your ring on a necklace and wear it that way. :smile: WTG for losing the 19 lbs.

I haven't hit a plateau yet.. but my mother in law told me, if I do, switch things up a bit. For ex. have my supper in the am and my breakfast for supper. That should help. Good luck.
