    18/4 = 2.5miles (Fat Burninng Miles. I did 'walk+jog').
    19/4 = 5 miles (Leslie Sansone 5 day slim down).

    We had huge rain today...so I did the elliptical for 4 miles (my machine is near the girls arts and crafts area):smile: Not going to count them, since this is a walking challenge.

    Finally received the "4 Fast Miles" DVD in the mail today - after almost 3 weeks! I did it this afternoon. Wow!!!! The "Boosted Walking" sessions are great!!! I can already tell this will become a fast favourite!

    Do others do this workout?

    I haven't tried it. It seems very good. :smile: Glad you finally got it. Happy Walking

    This week doesn't look promising. But I will do what I can. Hope everyone else is getting a good walk in. :smile:

    How should I log in Walk and Kick? I have been doing it as .5 hour of aerobics. Any suggestion? I count everything else as walking, very brisk, but sometimes I feel it is better than that.

    Well, it was Spring Break...the girls were so excited about being able to play in the basement and with their arts and crafts, that I did the elliptical this whole week. I logged 9200 strides every time, but won't count them because they aren't walking strides. Just want to write this down for my own accountability. I am also struggling with TOM water weight gain. This week I also gained a pound. Don't know if my weight goal for April is realistic anymore!

    Her 5mi fat burning dvd is a good one. She adds little boosts of jogging at the end of each mile. It really jump starts your metabolism.

    That is Amazing!!!! I am hoping to start walking on Tuesday!!! I will probably just do a mile or 2 workout. With the diet they don't want you to exceed over 30 min. I also need to use my resistance band to keep my muscle mass build up.
