I keep hoping the as yet unrealized thunderstorms in the forecast will prevent me from making the outside portion of my goal for the week. My roses could really use the rain.0 -

Thank you. I think I will keep it for now. I put a strain on my muscle so I am going to not workout today or tomorrow. I am going to start the DVD Monday - Friday. I also use L.S. Fast Firming DVD everyday but I am going to do that was every second day.0 -

Also, today I looked in the mirror and could see a difference in my waist and hips. I got excited and measured and I've lost 3" in my waist and 1.5" off of my hips. My first non-scale victory and I am SO happy!0 -
Not been keeping track of my walking but I've still been doing so much more than usual.
Walked to the train station instead of getting the bus, walked from the station to the house, then the house to asda and back, then back to the station AGAIN!!
Not had chance to do any "real" exercise all week. Not done any dvds or any Leslie! Had no time with all the walking I've been doing still.
Been doing at least an hour most days though0 -

I introduced my sister to Leslie's 3 mile walk this afternoon. She's quite fit (a half marathoner!), but even she found it challenging!
It was definitely fun to spread the word about how great this workout is.0 -

I haven't been doing it for 3 weeks yet and have lost 8 lbs and 3" from my waist. It would probably be more but I skipped a few days.
