I like to be in .. but I plan to do my miles on a treadmill at a gym I just joined .... if that is acceptable ... also will make me go ..

Glad to see more people joining us on our walks! I really feel this is something I can commit to in the long run to lose and maintain weight and then add more intensive workouts as I need it for toning, etc. I'm seeing and feeling some results just after a week of walking, and am going to try to up my miles to at least 3 a day with one day of just one or even none. Hope everyone is doing great!0 -

Doing awesome here. I had a very rough night, kept waking up lots... was debating to go back to bed or not. But I am going to get my butt off here and go do a 2 mile workout. Have a Great Day Everyone!!!!!0 -

I'm in, I actually started walking Monday. (3/21/11) I hv done 6.75 miles so far. My weight Monday was 199.8, my thigh measurements were 47inches.0

I absolutely love the Leslie Sansone DVD's!
I am new to this challenge but a Leslie Sansone vet
I did 2 miles this morning on the "Fat Burning 5 Mile" It is a 12 minute mile and I get the most steps every morning on this one
I weigh 147 but I don't have any measurements sorry. I measured when I started the journey at 249 lbs and have not kept that up.0 -
I'm totally in!! I love Leslie Sansone...I use her videos to workout regularly.0

Finally found my Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvd. Had to go through all the dvds before finding it. I had to threaten my son that he couldnt watch anymore movies if he misplaces it again lol. Now to just get the energy to make up the walks I have missed.0

Good Morning Walk Away the Pounds walker's!!! I just finish with my 1st am walk I did 3 miles. I plan on doing my other 2 on my lunch break. Not sure if I will be able to due that today @ work is a busy day for me. So yall pray for me that I am able to do it. You guys have a great weekend & enjoy walking those pounds off.
