    Back down to 147lbs. Don't know how, especially with Easter in there, but I think the water weight is finally coming off! I'm having a hard time getting my girls motivated to walk, and so the elliptical has been easier to use. Good weather anticipated for this week, so maybe I'll get a few strides in there.

    I am curious to see if I'll be able to get any walking in this weekend. It is supposed to be beautiful, however, I have yard work that I have been putting off. And putting off. And putting off. LOL

    New week (I went through a bit of a 'funk' last week so I'm getting back into it this week!!!)

    2/5 = 2miles (fat burning miles - walk strong)

    I'm already doing her videos. so I'm in! walked 3 miles with pilates today. started 5/1 at 184.6. today's wt 180. (not sure if my scale is working) goal wt is 135.
    Monday 2 miles brisk walk
    tuesday 2 miles brisk walk
    wednesday 3 miles slim and sleek with pilates
