I am a redhead who desperately didn't want redheaded children. I was lucky - 1 brunette, 2 blondes. I hated it as a kid although I'm quite partail to it as a 40 year old.

I am a stay at home mum of a 6, nearly 5 and nearly 2 year old sons. My 6 year old son called me fat the other day. So I found this site last Monday. That's my motivation.

I heard a dietician on TV the other day say that food is just food - neither good or bad. You have a daily calorie intake limit and if potatoes fit into it, go for it.

What a great idea. I'd love to join as it makes me accountable. I've added myself and my start weight to it. My first official weigh-in is next Monday, although I must admit I do step on every morning and it's looking good for my first week.
