Wow! I feel so inspired I constantly stress over the number on the scale when I shouldn't thanks for the insight and motivation:) This was an awesome transformation I was gonna pig out because I had a really rough day but this motivated me not to:)!

I have a habit of emotional eating at night I am a night owl and I think about my day and watch tv and make myself feel better:( I have recently started going to bed earlier/ reading to occupy my mind or going on here for times when I really feel tempted...Sometimes I log on here to many times to count and look at success…

No pics yet but hopefully soon 5'4 sw was 175 cw is 172 and my goal weight is 130 so no huge loss yet but I'm staying patient and motivated:) You ladies look gorgeous and have done amazing jobs thanks for the inspiration!
