  • I've tried to cut out alcohol but I have a hard time not drinking in social settings. I usually have 3-5 beers when I do drink, and that's around 700 calories right there :( I try to keep reminding myself how many calories are in it but most of the time I'm too drunk to care lol.
  • Eating mostly vegetables, fruit, and meat always helps me stay full. My problem seems to be eating way too much high calorie food (which mostly comes from bread and cheese for me).
