I just did level 1 day 3 and it was much easier. I still can't do a full push up but. I go down as far as I can each time. I do feel like I'm getting strong with every work out. Can't wait to see how I feel doing day 4 tomorrow haha :)

Yesterday was week 1 day 1 for me and it nearly killed me haha, but I'm in and ready for more!!!

I've read that currently she is 165lbs and 5'9. If that's true then isn't she borderline normal weight to overweight? Either way, I don't really care lol. She has lost weight, and I congratulate her on her new, healthier self!

I ended up starting today and wow! I had to modify it a lot lol Jillian kicked the crap out of me, but I didn't give up and I'm gonna be right back on it tomorrow ;) WE CAN DO IT!

Me too! I'm about 213 and wanna be out of the 200's by mid July. We CAN do it!!!

By the end of August I would like to be down to 185-187 (CW 213) so that's about 26-28lbs. I would also like to be able to jog for 30 minutes without stopping :)

Wow! What an accomplishment! I haven't had anyone really notice my change, but I also have a lot to lose (which is why I think no one can really tell) don't let others take away from this moment! You're no longer plus size! I can't wait to be able to say the same :)

I'm 5'2 and I'm aiming for 145-155. I'm curvy so I don't think I would look right any lower than that, but we shall see :)
