im 49 and in the menopause, no more hot flushes for me since i started on HRT, feel better when i exercise as well, cant lose weight though, i did lose 13 pound then started the 30DS n put on 4 and i now i cant lose it but im not too bothered cos ive lost loads of inches and all my clothes are loose, ive just bought ripped…

haha, i did the same i thought i found a lump just under my bust n then realised its an ab muscle, woohoo, ive never, ever had that before and im 50 this year, lol. thankyou jillian micheals. :)

ive stayed the same for about 6 weeks but ive stopped worrying because i can see my shape changing and im losing inches.

hi. i did zumba twice a week for almost 2 years, although i felt fitter and had more stamina i didnt lose any weight and i didnt see any visible changes either, but to be fair i wasnt eating very healthy either, lol.

im on my second round using heavier weights this time, i loved it but i did put on 4 pounds but lost 8 inches and feel so much better, my before and after pics are on my profile pic, feel free to take a look. good luck. x

tesco on line have it for £5 also, but its not available in store. im on day 8 of level 3 and i love it. not lost any weight last time i checked, about a week ago but ive lost inches and my body shape as changed so much.

keep at it, its well worth it, im level 3 day 5 and i struggled when i started level 1 but just kept going. its a fantastic workout if you can stick with it, do the lower impact ones till you build your strength up, x

hi ive just done day 1 level 3 this morning, i could see changes visually after about 8 days but i didnt lose any weight, however my trousers wont stay up n ive lost 6 inches so far, think im going to do it again with heavier weights when im done, i love it. x

im 50 this year, ive been on mfp since january, i lost 6 pounds before i joined and ive lost 7 since joining, im now struggling to lose more, the scale hasnt moved down for 3 weeks. im doing the 30DS at the moment so im hoping that might work for me, please feel free to add me.
