hi im on day 5 of level 2 and ive gained 4 pounds and not lost any inches yet, but my trousers are alot looser than when i started, i can definately see changes in my body but it is a bit scary when you see the pounds going on, im definately sticking with it though and hoping to lose weight from it eventually.

hi, yes it does work in the uk, and you can alter the serving amount, i.e instead of 100g you can change it to 50g, its very good. not noticed any mistakes yet.

i get up at 6.30 am to work out before work, so i have breakfast after i workout, theres no way i would want to workout after work, im just too exhausted cos work is really, really busy.

i also have the weeing problem, lol. my job is very busy and i really dont have time to be running to the loo every 5 mins, i am trying to drink more but i do struggle, also im getting up about 4 or 5 times a night for a wee too, arrrgghhh. lol.

hi im 50 this september coming and ive struggled for the past 2 or 3 years to lose weight and get in shape, when i started i wanted to lose about 28 pounds, ive already lost 10, 6 of which i lost before i came on MFP, and 4 ive lost on here, thats the most ive managed to lose in a long time. i have found MFP really helpful…

i was once late for work because i had a perm on my hair and it went wrong, i looked awful and spent the whole morning crying, luckily my boss was very understanding and let me have a few hours off to go to a different hairdressers to get it sorted out, lol.
