I've been thinking. Hard about the advice I have been given. Sometimes when I have a salad I put down a mixed salad which is 60 calories, maybe I should itemise everything. Weigh out the cucumber and tomatoes etc. that's probably the only thing I don't track. Also I don't weigh fruit, I put down 60 for an apple when it may…

I last went out three years ago with my husband at night. My parents live a long way away and my friends all have kids so they don't want to look after mine. I go out with friends about four times a year, sometimes I go to the cinema I my own. But we never get to go out at night together.

I find if I do a lot of exercise I don't lose weight straight after. I have just done two days of intense workouts and a week of being under calories and have lost nothing. I know that it's the exercise, something to do with muscle repair. Anyway give it a few days and weigh again

It does overestimate the calories, I never use all mine. If I exercise for an hour then I reward myself with a 100 cal treat
