Like the OP I always worked out daily, enjoyed it. In the last month or so i've lacked motivation. I miss the feeling of wanting to work out. For a while i've wanted to look into lifting.....i just need the motivation lol.

I'm 30, 5"2, weigh around 106lbs. I have a desk job and maintenance cals according to MFP are 1440 but i go for 1500.

I work mine over the month. Have got a few hundred for most days last week left over. Will use them at some point and have something I haven't had for a while.

Same. I probably just about burn 1000 extra cals in exercise throughout the week!

I ate everything I used to when losing. Am now maintaining and still eat it all. it's just about moderation, once in a while worked for me!

I got a minion egg, a cadbury's Freddo egg and 4 bags of mini flumps....lol and a jar of hot chocolate.

I've always been a light sleeper, and it was made worse around 5 years ago when i got made redundant from work. i had no sleep pattern and my job now is shift work so all over the place. This morning i did Fitness Blenders 40 mins HIIT cardio and Ministry of Sound Pump It Up DVD. Off to my first Bodypump class later.

I've recently discovered Whitworth's range. They do dried fruit or nuts with small pieces of chocolate. Low calorie, tasty and i find, filling. I'm in the UK though so not sure where you are from.

I'm 5"2, started at 196lbs, now around 108lbs. I went down to 100lbs and looked a little gaunt. Put a bit more weight on and looking healthier. I prefer to go by how I'm feeling and looking than by a number on the scale now.

Well done on your loss! I had one pair of jeans that I had as a teen in a UK size 12 that I was determined to get back into. I've now exceeded that but i'll always keep them as a reminder. All my other larger clothes went throughout my loss. I wish i had kept my work trousers to compare from start to now but regrettably…

Hard boiled sweets, and grapes lol i eat handfuls at a time. Also recently i've not wanted to work out most days like usual. I blame it on the cold weather, but I need to get back into it!

Though I know it's not 100% accurate, my HRM says around 100 for level 1. I'm 5"2 and around 108 lbs.

Main ones for me are cross trainer and at home DVDs.

MFP says my maintenance cals are around 1460 too. I'm 5"2, 30 yrs old and have a desk job. I eat more like 1500 - 1570 a day. Have maintained around that for a year or two. I eat all exercise calories back too. Don't burn major amount though.

I'm around 110lbs and burn around 300 calories for 1 hour on the cross trainer. Used to burn 400 calories when I weighed more.

I'm 5"2 and have lost around 90lbs give or take a few. I've been maintaining for a few years now.
