I've been doing this and I really need to cut it out. My sleep pattern is shot anyway and this doesn't help.

I put protein powder in mine and bake them into little "cakes". Very nice and filling.

I lost my first few stones by simply watching what I ate and stepping on and off my Wii Fit board whilst watching TV.

I really like Quest Bars (not all flavours though) and Grenade Carb Killa bars - the White Chocolate Cookie and Mint Dark Chocolate ones are lush.

I like to enjoy those sorts of foods, and can't do that when tapping away on my keyboard or answering the phone. If i eat them, it's in my personal time but when i was losing, i wanted it so much, the treats weren't worth it.

I've made porridge and protein powder with a pinch of baking powder to make little cakes. Ate mine on a train ride a few weeks ago, tasted fine.

A good cardio workout is the Natalie Cassidy ones. I am currently doing T25 Gamma, having finished Alpha and Beta. Jennifer Ellison is quite a good one too.

I've just finished Beta. Haven't noticed much change, but it helped improve my fitness again and I haven't been eating as good as i should have. I've ordered Gamma so just waiting for that to arrive.

I did the plan and finished in January. To be honest, i fell off the wagon somewhat and ended the plan weighing more than when i started lol. inches weren't massively different and everyone told me I looked better at the end of it. Am tempted to give it another go. What day are you on?x

5"2, 31, started at 196 lbs and got down to around 102lbs. This was too low and doing a 90 day plan, I've gained weight and inches. I'm feeling uncomfortable around 120lbs, so just want to lose a few of those again and some inches!

I just have fruit/green teas, the odd hot chocolate sachet and some cuppa soups.....just incase!

Out of curiosity, when you graduate do they give you your calorie intake depending on what you want to continue doing and macros? I'm around the time to graduate but I keep putting it off.

I had this last night to do the job. I sometimes has sugar free jelly with fat free yoghurt. Mix and put into the fridge, comes out like a mousse.

I used to eat frozen meals all the time, but have started cooking my own and freezing them. Haven't had a frozen meal in over 3 months. They didn't fill me up anyway.

I'm 5"2 and currently around 110-112lbs. I went as low as 102lbs when lost all my weight. I've maintained my 90lb loss for around 3.5 years.
