Whilst losing weight doesn't/didn't magically make every single thing in my life better, it changed alot of things for me. I got more confident and eventually applied for a job i wouldn't have before, and got it. I also found love whereas before I was too shy/lacked confidence to even try.

I think I really need to start New Rules. I used a machine in the gym two weeks ago. It said my body fat % was 20%. An online calculater has just told me 12.8% lol.

I did the first 4 weeks as instructed. I had done the odd workout previously but never completed it. I've just returned from New York and pretty much ate what I wanted. I know I've ate possibly at least 3500 calories above maintainence but also know we did alot of walking. It's my birthday on Sunday and i'll be gong for a meal. I'll enjoy it but i will go for a healthy option (that i happen to love anyway) and some cake. I probably would go all out if i wasn't going to NYC on holiday next friday and when back, i'm a bridesmaid a few days later. I need to fit into that dress! lol.

I had the same problem. Losing on 1200, then 1300. Maintain around 1500 now but seem hungrier lol.

Though they're no Greggs, i sometimes have the frozen mini sausage rolls. I used to eat two Gregg's ones in one go without even thinking twice.

I've been known to have them if i'm working late and want something quick. I wouldn't have them all the time but once in a while for me, is fine.

It's my birthday at the weekend and i'll be having some cake. Went for a meal on Saturday just gone and had an early birthday cake then too. It's a one (or twice on this occasion) off and no doubt whatever cake i get on Sunday will be shared with the rest of the party too.

F&B have not got rid of their lighter options too. The waitress told me their reason is because eating out should be a treat.

I've also never completed the whole thing. Have just started week 4. I'm going on holiday on 21st so the plan will be out the window then so i might do week 6 work next week instead. Here's hoping we both complete this time lol.

I'm 5"2 and started around 196lbs. Been maintaining for a couple of years around 106lbs. I didn't/havent gone to a gym just watched what i ate and less of it! and did at home DVDs.
