I'm right now trying to create a hybrid workout that starts with a P90X base, but I take out the Plyo X, Yoga X, and Kenpo X and work in workouts from Insanity, Asylum 1 or 2, Focus T25, Les Mills Combat, and others.
I haven't figured it out yet, but I'm still in the process of designing it.0 -
Sounds good, but remember: Shakeology is a overpriced pyramid scam.0
-
I use Bodybeast currently0
-
U are on the right track jermey I keep the muscle days on p90 x and for plyo u put plyo cardio circuit from insanity yoga I do cardio power and on kempo days I do pure cardio0
-
I just started Insanity last week. Did every day last week, rested saturday, started again tomorrow, will go again today after work.0

Tara anybody that does insanity after a full time job is a beast and is someone I need on my friends List lol0

Starting Max 30 today. I'm looking forward to a new program.
I've done P90x, T25 and Insanity in the past. Lately I've been combining the three, using the strength workouts from P90x with the cardio from Insanity, tossing in the Gamma speed (3.0 and Core) workouts when I feel like I need a lighter day.0 -
I am getting back into P90x again. I am doing a modified version since I am not overly fit and can't do the plyo jumps. And yoga? Hmpht. It would kill me to get into those shapes.0
-
I like t25 if you like not being able to use your calve muscles for the rest of the day lol0
-
I love the p90x strength days I always hybrid them with cardio perhaps u should look into p90x plus a lil more total body and that's what burns fatbfast0

Lol. I'm a bit of a nut though. I LOVE exercise. Once I actually do it. Yesterday I did cardio resistance and had a soccer game later in the day.
I'm currently in rec sports Mon and wed with competitive soccer fri (practice) and Sunday (games). I'm toying with implementing strength training again on my 'off' days.0 -
I drink Shakeology proudly :-D I am doing Hammer & Chisel and going for my Insanity certification in May! I also sub in some 21 Day Fix/Extreme.0
-
Insanity is the hardest workout to date after the first month it builds your cardio for any other workouts as long as tour cardio is there the rest is easy0

Currently doing T25. Have done p90X many moons ago (hated it!). Attempted P90 - didn't last because I didn't like it. I want to try Combat (but don't feel I'm ready yet.) I drink Shakeology everyday - have been for about 3 weeks - I love it, I've noticed a difference in my energy levels and my IBS symptoms (TMI?). I plan on doing Max 30 next and then a hybrid of some sort.0

While I appreciate the comment as I am usually quick to point out the same, our conversation had not devolved to conversations of "coaches" and overpriced tripe.
In other words, slow down on that trigger finger buddy.......you'll get your chance to bash Shakeology. Actually, I just read this thread, and you only had to wait for 1 more hour after you posted this before someone threw in a Shakeology plug. Not sure if it was unsolicited or in response to your post, so the talk of Shakeology might have been your fault.0 -

I've done Tapout XT and XT2. Both of them aren't bad. It's kind of like if Insanity and Asylum had a lovechild.......a lot of high intensity cardio, plyometric style stuff, with some strength/resistance mixed in.
It will kick your *kitten* pretty good, and I think the amount of equipment is minimal.......maybe just a double-handle medicine ball, but I was able to just sub in a dumbbell for most of the workouts.0 -
I finished insanity max 30, a couple of weeks ago and started hammer and chisel.
I do drink Shakeology every day and I don't believe is a pyramid scam, yes it is pricey, but I prefer to pay for Shakeology than eating out.
Beachbody puts a lot of science in all of the products. I am quite impressed with them

I trust beachbody I don't know how they make the programs so perfect but I love working out at home can't push cardio like that in the gym0
-
All right guys beachbody is trusted and they saved my life with quality products but shakeology is expensive as *kitten*0

I'm on week 2 of my first round of P90X. It's the most extreme program I've done so far. Just came off 21 day fix (2 rounds) and Cize. Am hoping to do Insanity and Les Mills Combat after.0

I have 3 weeks left of P90X3. Lost 21 lbs so far. Was thinking about trying P90X, but the workouts seem so much longer...0

There longer with p90x but there are great results but if you are busy that might not be the one for you you expend a lot of energy on p90 x 10

They are longer, but if you schedule your time wisely, you can make it work. I work full time and have a family at home, I have managed to fit them in in the evenings...so far0
