5'1" and my goal weight is between 110 and 115. Within the past two years I've been between 100- 105 and it was too skinny for me. At 115, I still have curves and for me, that is my ideal figure. Right now, I just have too much of a curve.

I just stopped taking mine today because I feel as though I am eating better. I never really felt better when I was taking them. I am taking a calcium chew though and will be looking to add certain foods to my diet so I no longer have to take this.

Oh yeah! We were going out to dinner Saturday night to my favorite restaurant so I walked extra, I Zumba'ed extra and then walked some more. Just so I could eat whatever I wanted and not feel tooooo bad about going over my calories for the day.
