  • Sounds like you have some strong will power!! But how long can you keep this up for? Do you gradually move into a more realistic diet or keep it up till you hit your target? I can't fast for 3hours let alone 3 days!!!
  • Yep I know exactly what you mean!!! It wasn't until I took a close look at my food diary I realised I was snacking on 'empty' food. Flavored rice cakes (big ones) that take a long time to eat and lots of dried fruit mixed with nuts etc I find are nicer than just 'an apple'. Hope this helps xx
