BTW, my HRM USED to be accurate. Not sure what is wrong with it. It normally would give me a 700-800 calorie burn for an hour... I am doing the same workout, actually more intense and it would say 250. I KNOW that is not accurate!

I think it depends on the brand.. I have a sportsline one and it would give me bogus calories. Like 200 an hour? For working out like a mad woman? Make sure you have a good one! 282 calories sounds way low for turbo! unless you did it for like 25 minutes...

Don't you want muscle?! If you are a woman you won't bulk up like crazy because you don't have the chemical make-up to do so. Weight training will give you a toned look and running is awesome too. Muscle burns fat.

To me eating clean is eating natural whole foods in the natural state. I eat fruit! You need to fruit sugar after a workout to help repair and energize.. Seriously, there aren't people getting fat on eating fruit or nuts... Just silly!!!

Some days I run for an hour, other days I do interval training with the elliptical, punching bag, weight lifting (70 lbs benching) and crunches and pilates type exercises! I am now a size 12, but looking to reach a goal weight of 165.. I am stuck in a rut!!

My Starting weight was 230, now at 198-200, yo-yoing back and forth and haven't lost in about a month and I work out HARD and count calories!! Could use some inspiration myself!!! Thanks!!!

For me it was the Blood Type Diet. I am a type O so I had to cut out wheat, dairy and sugar (there is a full list of foods on this website).. I use almond milk and am allowed butter.
