Got in again - my second year of running it so not a pile of experience here! As you know - great course, great crowd and the spaghetti feed the night before is pretty cool. Prime work! I've got my first 1/2 on May 4th - and the second 2 weeks later (poor planning on my part...) Don't expect to see that great of an improvement! Very nicely done...

1st half for me May 5 in Lincoln, NE....working the runner's world smartcoach app and then tracking with mapmyrun for GPS and time splits....I'll make it - might walk some but trying to not and shooting for under 2:30 and hoping for about 2:05...

In no special order: 1) Food - I can eat more when I run. b) Zombies - first rule is cardio remember! 5) Cheap medals prooving I paid a pile of money and then got hot and sweaty doing some particular activity.

Boy that's tough - just one? It kinda changes, but Burpies are high on the list (love/hate), almost any kind of kick boxing, and the pure fun of an all out sprint or dash in a swim...
