Just signed the wife and I up for our first spartan sprint. OUr kidlets are doing the junior race. Should be a hoot! Tough mudder in KC the month before so should be more than ready! Woot!

Starting to feel more like a true mudder kinda guy! 5k race, 15 obsticals, 2 lake crossings (water temp about 53 degrees) and 41 minutes of fun!
