Just been lurking here for a while but I needed to give you all a shout out so to speak....finished my first Tri today. Sprint length Tri in Papillion, Nebraska. That is very very addictive activity! Harder and yet more satisfying than anticipated, even if I did basically make my goal (Goal of 1:45, finished 1:47:27). Thanks for all the tidbits of knowledge that you guys and gals have scattered through the forums here!
