1/2 mile swim - done Kosama (gym) , 1 hr - done bought wood to do some finish carpentry in the basement - done ate really bad bad food and enjoyed every bit of it - done watching the olympics - smarmy but totally a worthwhile experience - done scotch night - wife and kids are gone for a week so time to enjoy 8)

I would bet you had the wifi turned on on the picture on the left (much more jagged line) which can interfere with the GPS data. I've had the same problem with mapmyrun and when I turn of the wifi it works much better. D

It's a nice looking bike - you should have lots of fun on it. Go with the shorts - they are made for a reason! Also - not trying to read too much in to what you wrote - but you mentioned 'helmet' under something you should buy some day. Halfway point of the 5K that was the end of my first ever sprint-length Triathlon last weekend....huff'n and puff'n in this one!

42, down 25 lbs in 6 months, way way better shape than been in for a long time! Finished my first sprint-distance triathlon today in 1:47:27 so it's only getting better!

10 mile bike, 2 mile run as a final prep for my triathalon next weekend (500m swim, 13.5 mile bike, 3.1mile run) and feeling like I had good strength left when I finished!

Finishing up week 4 of the 8 week program. Enjoying it so far. Using MFP to watch the calories and doing 5-6 classes a week at Kosama.
