Hi - I just ordered a box, it should arrive this week. The reason I ordered it, is a co-worker of mine, who doesn't work out, simply walks 2 times/week has lost 20 lbs since January using the powder. I've seen it with my own eyes, she says it helps her do portion control. how is it going for you?
