I count calories, watch fat, sodium intake.. I have switched to just water and 3 diet drinks a week. I also work out 3-4 times a week. I do not eat my exercise calories. I would say thats normal, first couple of weeks its water weight- so you lose weight quicker. Im trying to think of it as a health decision, because I am so unhealthy.. I have severe allergy attacks a couple times a year. I stay on the same calorie track, but I refrain from working out for a few days... if it sustains and lasts forever like they usually do, I go to gym anyway.. maybe one less day a week or something..
