I go out to eat alot- more than I should. Chili's has a new menu that's lighter. heaviest- 331 now/ lightest- 277 goal- anything under 200... I think 160-180 would be great... My highest I was for like 5 years. give or take 20 lbs.. the other day I wore a shirt I hadn't worn in 6 years because It didn't fit. I love it so I kept it!! That was fun!

I log all fruit and major chopped up veggies cooked in my dinner. I don't add up lettuce/ a slice of tomato/onion. If I put it on an extra lean burger or sandwich.

I know all about plateau's its frustrating but don't give up. intensify your work out- switch up your diet... and keep trucking. Dont worry about the scale-eventually it will catch up to you and fabulous you!!!!

My cheating seems to be 1 meal every other week, I don't plan on it- I just think about it until I have it. I try to work out more the following days, and still try really hard to stay within my calories for the day.. I am more conscience of what I'm eating even when I'm eating my cheat meal.
