If you were going to the grocery store starting from scratch, what would be on your list to help you with your diet? I always find it interesting what others are eating and new ideas.

I always stop by produce first. I grab a bag of green vegetables (greens, watercress, spring mix salad . . . yum), then a fruit (like an apple or orange). And we must not forget the carrots.

Egg beaters, almond milk, carrots, tzatziki sauce, celery. lettuce, green pepper, grape tomatoes, salmon, cod, tuna, tilapia, chicken, soyjoy bars, bananas, various side dish veggies like green beans/peas, two cases of water and some low calorie cheese sticks.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.. but they're things that I consume often!

Chicken, chicken, and more chicken. ( I buy the boneless skinless breasts on sale)
    whole toasted almonds
    green beans
plenty of bell pepeprs for pepper soup and a pepper sauce for the chicken
    plenty of shrimp and cod
apples and oranges though go sparingly
i also get butterfly pork chops to change it up once a week
shake and bake can be awesome if you watch how much you use and it changes up the chicken routine

this is what I ate when i was fighting, im trying to get back to it

Did that a few hours ago! Stopped at the store with no list, and this was what I had at the end:

hommus (Special K crackers to go with it!)
    yogurt
    strawberries
    rice
    dried fruit
    veggie sticks

I usually start by looking at what's on sale. :)
