When I start wanting to eat I do a hot cup of tea and sip on it. Then I brush my teeth. Once I brush my teeth I’m done.

Why don't you just run the course before hand? Running outside is the best way to prep for a race.

Maybe consider eating raw for a few days. I try to do it once a month and it helps me :)

Yep! But only because its cheaper then buying a million different options at the store since i only feed myself.

i wouldn't really recommend it. If you are trying to loose weight fast for an event around the corner okay.... But my experience was that i was always hungry. which sucked. i lost a lot of weight. I think at one point i lost 6 pounds within a week but the second i started eating normal i gained it all back. id just stick…

Not mine! You have to fight for machines unless you go after 8pm

Honestly it just takes time. I did that app too and it was awesome. It gets easier as your muscles adjust and you start loosing the weight. Just keep going!!! I did and i've made so much progress. GO YOU!! :)
