Cardio. The best way to lose the layer of fat is via cardio - or so I'm told. Can't say I've ever managed to be successful at it - but then again I'm too lazy to do much cardio!

Favorite: Right now, I really enjoy pigeon. It gives me a great stretch but I can also fully relax while in the pose. Least Favorite: Hand stands - I suffered a neck injury a few years ago and I'm terrified of landing on my head while inverted!! It's a mental issue...

I have a similar issue with chronic fatigue. Not sure if it's gluten related or not but I was told to cut wheat from my diet for a month to see if there was any impact. I'm on Day 4 now. So far I'm not noticing any changes - but I have dropped a pound - so I'll happily take that! :)

Small daily practices are better than going weeks without anything and thinking you can dive into a full length session - that can REALLY be bad for your body as you tend to over stretch not realizing how tight you became. Freezing your fruit can make it take longer to eat! I love frozen blueberries and eat them instead of hard candy. Also, I LOVE food so I've given up drinking any calories. I drink 98% water with only an occasional liquid indulgence. That leaves me more calories for eating!
