Wow! I have no idea what foxy kickboxing is but it sounds awesome. I have taken traditional kickboxing and it is amazing. I lost 30lbs doing that.

I think that's totally doable providing you can handle the stress of all the arrangements and plan your meals accordingly. Just don't do any crazy fasts or cleanses. Actually eat real food. I'm currently eating clean and burning off 500 calories a day to make my goals. I walk back and forth to work and that's 200 right…

How about kettlebell? It's lifting and cardio! And you can get strong really fast.

I'm from Canada and we have cold days too where that warm bed is calling. I use working out as a way to warm up and give me energy. I use Fitness Blender's free workouts at home so I don't have to leave for the gym. Hot tea also helps to get those insides warm.

I work out at 4am because my shift is 6am-1pm and if I wait for the afternoon there's always something else I'd rather be doing. Its important to get enough sleep. If you're going to bed early, then you're going to bed early. Difficult in the summer but much more doable in the winter.

Fitness Blender. All on YouTube. All free. Lots of advanced stuff and variety.

You take up the sidewalks with your slow, ponderous meandering You ask if the country's flag comes in any other colours You ask what time we feed the whales and what they eat. You ask if that is Willy Wonka on our money [It's actually our first Prime Minister John A Macdonald]

I work at 6am in an office job that requires a lot of formal office wear. So I put my suit out on a door rack the night before so when I get up at 4am I'm not struggling to find something to wear when I'm groggy or bleary. Previously I have made some poor clothing choices early in the morning only to realize it when I'm in…

Love the Supergirl dress. You are definitely my hero. Congratulations on all of your hard work!

You look fantastic. Some families hate it when you succeed at something they cannot. I know it doesn't take the hurt away but congratulations on your success. You have done an amazing job.

It can be frustrating but don't give up. The alternative won't make you happy either. The only thing I can suggest is to stop being your own worst enemy and start being your best friend. 19lbs since January is crazy awesome. I've only lost 8. Whatever you are doing is working and just like growing your hair out, the…

Everything is finally working for me so the only thing I can advise is drink your water, get a good night's sleep and move regularly. You'll get there. Find something fun you actually like doing. It makes exercising easier.

I did the 21-day sugar detox and it's very similar. I thought it was weird that I didn't get the sugar-free side effects they told me to keep expecting. Good luck with your journey. Real food is going to taste better and the processed stuff won't. :)

People say weird things to me all the time. I need to lose 70lbs to get in a healthy 150lbs. The first 5lbs I lost, a "friend" I haven't seen forever looked at me and said "You are going to get an eating disorder." Thanks but I can do without your "support."

Bump so I can try it. Thanks so much!

Anyone try that 5-day quick start menu? It seems like madness to work out to 1,100 calories but I think some of the meals are a good start to a healthy meal with just a little add-ons. I'm sticking to the 1500 cal that I've been doing.

I just started T25 too and looking forward to putting the first week behind me. Using that "It's only 25 minutes" mantra! Feel free to add me as well. :)
-
I just got up. I'm eating 21DSD right now so I'm trying to share the recipes that I've been making. Feel free to add me.

I'm not a parent and never will be but I know two SAHMs. Their children are amazing and well adjusted. I consider their career as working to raise a new generation of kids that are not screwed up. A lofty goal and worth congratulating them on.

Hey Mike! I'm on the low-carb approach too. I make everything I eat and rarely eat out right now. I'm currently limiting my sugars for three weeks every month. I'm also doing P90X for the next three months and my muscles sure feel it. I run with my dog three times a week. Feel free to add me. :)

Absolutely nothing. They are unrelated. I just happen to have tonnes of juice in the fridge from a cocktail party the night before so I broke my sugar fast to down juice like a MoFo. I'm not blaming the cold on being sugar-free.

I did about 17 days on the 21Day Sugar Detox before a head cold derailed me. However, in those 17 days, I lost 7lbs, upped my vegetable intake and ate some really great food. I gave myself a week to get off the cold and am now back on the 21 DSD and feeling great. You food does not have to be boring, just unprocessed.…

This used to happen to me when I first started running. My instructor told me it was tight hamstrings. Maybe warm your legs up more. I make sure I do a good warm up and it doesn't happen anymore.

Unfortunately your mom is being passive aggressive and that truly sucks because it's your mom. The only thing I can advise is to be your own best cheerleader. You are making changes for your future and that's what is important. Good on you! You might want to take some space from your mother for a little while. When she…

I'm doing it too so feel free to add me. The first time I would work out once and could barely move for three days. After laying off it for a while and getting fitter doing other activities, I'm ready to tackle it again. I started slow last week but didn't get all the workouts completed. Looking to start fresh today with…

Armani Gio. It smelled amazing on my ex. He got sprayed with a sample at a department store and two women on the escalator actually looked back at him, he smelled so good. I had a runner run by me with it on and I almost chased him down the street. It's fab.

Saying Adios to sugar.

Fantastic work! Thanks so much for the details. It reinforces my motivation and lets me know I'm on the right track. Congratulations on all your success!

You are my hero Ed! Going to keep pushing on!
