I give myself a little leeway on the weekends. I just always try to make sure I drink at least 12 cups of water a day to counter the amounts of extra sodium I usually get in on the weekend. o_O I think you need days that aren't as strict. thomas honey wheat english muffin with a mixture of 1 T Raspberry jelly and 1 T light cream cheese - 200 cal. I eat that when I get in to work at 7am and it keeps me full until at least 9:30am when I normally like to snack on almonds or a fruit.

I'm 5' 6.5" and wear a size 5 (depends on the jeans though) and weigh 125lbs....looking through all of these messages, I think it just shows you that we all have different body types and to love what we have :)

And of course, Jane Eyre...because you just can't hate a classic.
