I only wanted to lose about 10 lbs on here, and any amount of weight loss can be a challenge! You can do it! and congrats on losing 1.5kg! :) You're almost halfway there.

I probably drink more water now (over 148 ounces every day) than I did when I was trying to lose weight. Maintenance mode will have obvious weight…

Great post! We should be passionate about our newer, healthier lifestyle. I agree with iWaffle too. I tihnk it's important to have some sort of goals when you're maintaining, whether it be fitness goals, eating more fruits and veggies, or getting more muscle definition.
