It's personal. I can't start my day if I don't have breakfast, but I know people that simply can't get to eat anything when they've just woke up, so do what it feels better for you.

Don't pay attention, you don't do this just for looking good, it's also a health thing, doing what is best for your body. Don't pay attention to them, if you feel great, you'll look great.

I have wondered that too, because I run every day for like 40 minutes, and when I dont, I swim; I eat healthy (most of the time, yeah, my diary is public too) and I barely drink alcohol, for it contains a ridiculous amount of calories. Every time someone finds out how much I weight they are like "no way, you're not that heavy" and that makes me feel awful, but I guess sometimes the scale is not the main thing here, i don' know...

I did my first 5K about a year and a half ago, because my physiology professor was all about health and weight loss and made us weight every week and forced us to run a 5K twice a year. The first time I didi it, I was ready to die within the first 500 m lol

I'm in 3rd year, I don't do rotations yet, what bothers me is my classes schedule, but i cant do nothing about them... what Im trying to do is pack a salad or someting so It comes handy when hunger attacks

I guess I'm lucky, I love mornings... but al 10 pm I have to be in my bed or I'll fall asleep anywhere. But yeah, you have to be determined to go to the gym, and you have to get up, and after 2 or 3 days or maybe a week of doing that, you'll feel tired early, and hopefully you'll start going to bead earlier.

I've always heard from nutritionists and health experts that the best moment to weight yourself is inmediatly after you wake up, naked or whit a small amount of clothes and not having eaten anything. (sorry for the grammar, this is nott my first language)
