MFP doesn't give me enough:( When I put my weight on the machines and do the workout and then input it into MFP it is always off between 25-50 calories...I usually go between the two because MFP doesn't know what level I am walking and diff things...they do mention to go by machines if you input your weight, but are they…

This is the way I do it because I weigh myself every morning, but if it is the same for 2-3 days....that's what I put in MFP
